EdTrace is a school performance data transparency platform operated by IdealixAI LLC, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business registered in Nevada. By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use this site.
Use of this site
This portal is provided for informational purposes. You may view and share school performance data for personal, educational, journalistic, or policy research purposes. You may not:
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically reproduce portal data using automated tools without written permission from the publishing agency
- Misrepresent the source, accuracy, or meaning of data published on this site
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the platform or its infrastructure
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its backend systems
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
Data ownership
School performance data published on each EdTrace portal is owned by and remains the property of the participating education agency that published it. IdealixAI LLC does not claim ownership of any agency data.
The EdTrace platform, including its software, user interface, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by IdealixAI LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Data accuracy
School performance data is published by the participating state education agency or charter school authority. IdealixAI LLC makes no warranties as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data displayed on this site. Always verify data directly with the publishing agency before making decisions based on it.
Disclaimer of warranties
This site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. IdealixAI LLC does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IdealixAI LLC and its officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or reliance on information displayed on this site, even if IdealixAI LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Termination
